I forgot to mention this and I wanted to blog it just for memories sake. On Mt. Olympus, Tom and I started to create milestones along our trip. We didn't begin to do this until we were at base camp so our first milestone was the top of the moraine. The second milestone was to get to the bottom of the moraine before crossing the glacier and so on and so forth.
Anyway, it's more of a mental not for me because it was really funny if you were there. We kept joking about whether it was a fixed work or fixed duration task. Basically...we were project managing out trip in the spirit of the company we love so much! :)
